Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or that are returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address and any further steps.
Once the return is approved, you must send the item back within 5 days of receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued through the original method of payment (if applicable) or arranged directly with you via our support team for alternative methods.
Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product on arrival).

- Products marked as “non-returnable” in the description

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
